This place specializes in all types of teas. I didn't try any. I'm not big on teas. I like FOOD!
But what I did try was....
Shrimp and grits, apple french toast, red velvet pancakes and an omelet. Oh, and the Passionate Cosmo. Which was Orange Vodka, Passion Fruit Syrup, Cranberry Juice, Cointreau, and a Dash of Lime
Juice.
This was my first time having shrimp and grits. I thought it was pretty good!
It was made with Canadian bacon, bell
peppers, & red onions in a hot cayenne butter sauce,
with sharp cheddar cheese. I don't have anything to compare it to, but I want to go back for more. That should tell you how great it was.
The french toast was just ok. It was just a little dry for me. I had to keeeeep adding syrup. Maybe it was just me. The red velvet pancakes tasted good. They had a nice texture. Better than the french toast. And they actually tasted like red velvet, not just pancakes with red food coloring. I'm getting hungry now...
The omelet you see here is actually not the one I ordered. And I hated it. It was overpowered by spinach and tomato. I guess someone liked it that way. They were nice about it. I wouldn't hold it against them. I would def go back for brunch!
